How does it work?
Please see this page for answers to specific questions about the features of the program.
Why are my points reducing?
They aren’t. Once you have 1,000 points, your card will immediately convert your point balance to cash available. Your transaction history appears on your balance screen.
I’m still having trouble. Who can I contact?
Please email if you have any further questions or concerns. Please include your name and card number.
How do I find the balance on my card?
Please click here, enter your card number and password as directed by the security prompt.
Can I change my password?
Unfortunately, no. The password follows the same format for every customer, and cannot be specialized. This is why we have extra security for the card numbers.
Why isn’t my last transaction showing up?
It will. It takes a transaction cycle (no more than 24 hours) for transactions to appear. Please check back after 24 hours. If there is still a problem, please email. Please include your name and card number.
What’s the difference between the gift card and the loyalty card?
The gift card is black and can be redeemed as any other gift certificate. The loyalty cards are blue, track your transactions in the loyalty program, and can be redeemed for cash as it has been earned.
Can I redeem the card for cash?
No. Card balances are not redeemable for cash.
Can I redeem the card for merchandise?
Yes. Check out our merchandise with your server.
What happens if I have a large party?
Large parties or tabs will be granted points for up to $2,000. Please contact the manager of your restaurant for any further detail. Points will not be granted for deposits made in advance.
What happens if more than one person has a card at my table?
We can honor only one card for each check.
What if I have more than one transaction a night?
You can use your card more than once in a night, but early week bonus points will only be applied once to your card.
What if I lose my card?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact email immediately so that we can hold your card. We will do the best we can to reflect your current status, but there are no guarantees. As always, certain terms and conditions apply.
Can I use my loyalty card to tip the wait staff?
No, the wait staff is compensated outside of the program. Please consider this when paying for your meal.
Can I use my card for carry-out or sushi orders?
Yes, absolutely – we encourage it!
Do I have to be a paying customer to get a card?
You can ask the reception area for a card as a non-paying customer.
How will you know if more than $1,000 is spent annually?
Our system is designed to track this. If you spend more than $1,000 annually at Fishbone’s, you will get 15 points per transaction as opposed to 10.
Will my points ever go away?
If your card is not used for a year or more, you will see a reduction of balance per month.
Do you monitor this program?
We monitor the program every day. In order to make sure the program is being used correctly, we view every loyalty transaction. We can place cards on hold or reject cheaters from the program if necessary.
Will I be awarded loyalty points for small transactions?
Only purchases of $5.00 or more will qualify for any type of loyalty points. Because of the rich rewards that the program offers, small ticket items will not be awarded loyalty points.
Can I enter the receipt online?
Can I submit any receipts after the time of purchase for loyalty points?
No. If the cardholder does not bring the card to the restaurant at time of purchase, the points will not be issued for the transaction.
